Appreciate that you mentioned that we deserve love *no matter where we are in our midlife journey*, or how badly "the whole Universe" is raining down on us. Lately every time I'm interviewed on a podcast or whatever, when someone asks me, "What's the first step to finding your Power Voice?" I'm answering, "Radical acceptance, especially if you're in midlife!" I'm more and more convinced that it's the most crucial, impactful first step. When I drill down on it, that feels like letting go, curating, minimizing and landing on what's essential. IDK... still working on it!
