What I love about Heather is that her clinic operates like a Tia model (https://asktia.com/tiatake ) and so very integrated and she works with a number of midlife women who have chronic, co-morbid conditions like Hashimoto's, Lyme's, etc. I find we don't just have one thing we're dealing with... many of us come with baggage... beyond just menopause.
I'm going to be the one to say it: I love O like the goddess that she is, but she has had the worst luck with highlighting doctors. Christine Northrup? Dr. Oz? Dr. Phil? Heather needs to break that curse. xo
This is indeed true. For her part, Heather recently worked with Maria on an upcoming version of Our Bodies, Ourselves at Midlife, which is a book I very much needed, so I'm just curious to know more. I do love O for Suze, Brene, and other writers she's shined a light on. It's a shame some have chosen such dark paths. I don't think you can always know. xo
