Great post! I'm a fan of man of these suggestions, and I'll add that in my experience, doing things that take the focus off myself when I'm in an anxiety loop is also supremely helpful. Actions that help others refocus my mind and help. me remember my own strengths (like working on the IWF stuff ;)
