'...the season can feel like an emotional buffet: part joy, part overwhelm, with a side of hot flashes and a pinch of existential dread. It’s a lot.' Yes it is! I'm struggling to let go of work worries and feel guilty as hell letting people who don't. really. matter. wreak havoc inside my head at a time I should be focussing on chilling with the family. I've bookmarked the podcast to listen to tomorrow afternoon - better late than never!

Thank you for the illuminating podcast; I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it (and your barrette is DIVINE). More importantly, the STOP strategy will save me this holiday season and beyond. Thank you for sharing this invaluable tip. How did I get so far in life without it?? 🙄

Ooh. I missed that post from Leah. I have a few of those on my phone. Mostly I use my voice notes now for recording flashes of ideas or phrases for my writing, so I won’t forget the words or brilliant turns of phrase, which happens most times I sit down to write. Having said that though I rarely go back and listen to them. Now I’m curious to see what I’ve got on there. Xo
